Delivery of Orders

Orders placed by 11am (EST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched same working day. Orders placed after 11am (EST) will be dispatched next working day. If there are any delays with any part of your order, we will contact you prior to dispatch. If any goods are not currently in stock we will contact you to discuss the best way we can service your request. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Shipping/Freight Rates

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.We use a combination of Courier Companies and Australia Post for our deliveries. Freight charges are calculated on the following:

• Standard base rate Australia wide: $7.50
• Plus $0.30 per kilo

Prices are in AUD and inclusive of 10% GST.
